Tuesday, April 13 – Depart this evening on your overnight flight from your selected US gateway to Paris. Overnight: Plane

Wednesday, April 14 – Arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, where you will be transferred to the city center. Meet tour leader and garden expert, Teresa Watkins and tour manager Tony DeSormier at the Marriott Hotel Paris Ambassador, your home for the next four nights. Enjoy a free afternoon exploring the surrounding avenues and shops before gathering for dinner at the hotel restaurant.   (D) Overnight: Marriott Hotel Paris Ambassador Hotel

Thursday, April 15 – After breakfast at the hotel, prepare for a full day’ sightseeing in Paris. We’ll be using a public transport pass (provided) to travel around the city. Included are a visit to Notre Dame Cathedral, a guided tour of the Louvre Museum, and an elevator ride to the top of the Eiffel Tower. That evening we’ll enjoy a dinner cruise on the River Seine.‍ (B, D) Overnight: Marriott Hotel Paris Ambassador Hotel

Friday, April 16 – Today’s extended half-day excursion starts with breakfast at the hotel before heading to Giverny, home of the renowned painter Claude Monet. The adventure today includes a visit and guided tour of Monet’s House and Gardens. We’ll have lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Paris by mid-afternoon. You’ll have the balance of the day free to explore and maybe do some shopping before sampling one of the area’s fine restaurants. (B, L) Overnight: Marriott Hotel Paris Ambassador Hotel

Saturday, April 17 – Breakfast at the hotel starts a day that features an excursion to the Palace of Versailles including a guided tour of the Palace, Gardens, and the Musical Fountains. We’ll break for lunch at a local restaurant. By mid-afternoon, we’ll return to Paris where you will have the balance of the day free. (B, L) Overnight: Marriott Hotel Paris Ambassador Hotel

Sunday, April 18 – The tour coach will pick us up after breakfast at the hotel and drive us to Chartres Cathedral for a guided tour of the largest and best-preserved collection of 12th- and 13th-century medieval stained glass in the world. We will continue to the Loire Valley, known as the Garden of France, for dinner and three nights’ stay. (B, D) Overnight:  Domaine de la Tortinière, Veigné

Monday, April 19 – After breakfast, we will visit the Château de Villandry for a guided tour of the Château and gardens. A visit to the French Renaissance Château du Rivau is scheduled for the afternoon where we will have a guided tour of the Remarquable Gardens and in evening, a lovely dinner. (B, D) Overnight: Domaine de la Tortinière, Veigné

Tuesday, April 20 – After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll travel to Château de Valmer for a guided tour of the château and gardens, featuring balustrades, statues, columns, stairways, fountains, and a rare troglodytic chapel. The visit also includes a cave tour and wine tasting. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a guided tour of Château d’Amboise and its gardens. (B, D) Overnight: Domaine de la Tortinière, Veigné

Wednesday, April 21 – After an early breakfast, we’ll travel to Fontainebleau, the former residence of French kings and often described as a “host of palaces.” We’ll enjoy a guided tour of the château and gardens before returning to Paris for a free afternoon and dinner at a local restaurant.   (B, D) Overnight: Marriott Hotel Paris Ambassador Hotel

Thursday, April 22 – We’ll have one last breakfast at the hotel before bidding adieu to France. Transfers to Paris Charles de Gaul Airport for flights home, carrying with us memories of a “voyage unique dans une vie”, our trip of a lifetime adventure. (B) Overnight: Home

Pricing Information (Per Person):

  • Double occupancy -- $5,350

  • Single occupancy -- $7,050

  • $1,500 deposit for all registrations.

Costs and the itinerary may be adjusted due to circumstances beyond our control or operational requirements.

Costs will not change once a deposit is received.
