WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16, 2027 – This year’s tour begins a day earlier to provide an additional, specially curated experience. Throughout the tour, guests will stay at the Hyatt Place Warwick, a welcoming three‑star property conveniently located within walking distance of T.F. Green International Airport—accessible by a pedestrian bridge for those who prefer to stretch their legs after their flight. Complimentary shuttle service is also available between the airport and the hotel. Garden expert and tour leader Teresa Watkins, together with tour manager Tony DeSormier, will greet you in the hotel’s Gallery Kitchen for a warm welcome reception. THURSAY, JUNE 17, 2027 – It’s “rise and shine” this morning with an early departure on the tour coach promptly at 7:00 a.m. We will travel to the New Bedford State Pier to board the Seastreak Ferry for our scenic crossing to Martha’s Vineyard.  Upon arrival in Oak Bluffs, transportation has been arranged to take you to the Polly Hill Arboretum, a remarkable 70‑acre public garden showcasing the results of Polly Hill’s fifty years of horticultural experimentation and plant introduction. This living laboratory of trees, shrubs, and unique cultivars offers an inspiring look at the legacy of America’s first woman arborist. Midday, we return to Oak Bluffs, where you will have leisure time to enjoy the town’s shops, historic streets, ocean views, and a variety of lunch options at your own pace. The ferry back to New Bedford departs at 5:00 p.m., providing an hour-long cruise across Vineyard Sound. After returning to the mainland, we will conclude the day with an authentic New England seafood experience at The Black Whale, a celebrated waterfront restaurant known for its fresh catch and regional specialties. FRIDAY, JUNE 18, 2027 – Today begins at a civilized hour—no dawn patrol, no bleary-eyed scramble. Enjoy your included hot breakfast at leisure before boarding the coach at 9:00 a.m. for our 90-minute ride to Boston. Our first stop is the famed Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, a masterpiece of Bohemian eccentricity and one of the most enchanting cultural spaces in the country. Exploring the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is like stepping into a Venetian palazzo where every room transports you to a different century. Renaissance galleries open into medieval chambers followed by spaces shaped by Isabella’s globe-trotting architectural fancies. It’s a time-traveling treasure house—intimate, eclectic, and utterly unforgettable. Explore at your own pace, and when hunger calls, Café G awaits with tempting lunch options. In the afternoon, we continue to the Boston Public Garden, America’s first public botanical garden—where history, horticulture, and a touch of Victorian whimsy meet. Wander among iconic swan boats, elegant plantings, and tree-lined paths that have charmed visitors for generations. We wrap up the day at Faneuil Hall, Boston’s legendary marketplace. Here you’ll have free time for sightseeing, shopping, people-watching, and dinner on your own.  SATURDAY, JUNE 19, 2027 – After enjoying your included breakfast, you’ll board the coach for a day immersed in Newport’s most celebrated estates and garden artistry. It begins at Rosecliff Mansion, a quintessential “Gilded Age” property whose sweeping lawns and graceful architecture create a picture‑perfect setting for a cheerful group photo. From there, you’ll step into the vibrant world of the Newport Flower Show where imaginative floral displays, botanical artistry, and horticultural inspiration unfold throughout the mansion and its grounds. Later, the coach carries you to Marble House, one of Newport’s iconic seaside mansions. Here, savor an included tea lunch at the enchanting Chinese Tea House, a delicate pavilion perched above the Atlantic. Afterward, you’ll have time to wander Marble House’s terraces and gardens at your leisure, enjoying the interplay of ocean breezes, sculpted landscapes, and architectural grandeur. The afternoon continues at Rough Point, a Newport Restoration Foundation property rich with history and coastal charm. A docent introduction sets the stage before you explore the estate and its grounds, where manicured lawns meet rugged shoreline in a landscape shaped by both nature and the legacy of Doris Duke. As the day softens toward evening, the coach brings you to Bowen’s Wharf, Newport’s lively waterfront district. Here you’ll have ample time to browse boutiques, enjoy the maritime atmosphere, and dine at the restaurant of yourchoice. SUNDAY, JUNE 20 – After our included breakfast, we begin the day with a visit to the whimsical Green Animals Topiary Garden, where you will have time to walk the grounds among its charming, sculpted forms. We then continue to the magnificent Blithewold Manor, Gardens & Arboretum. Upon arrival, we will explore an incredible tree collection, including the largest Sequoiadendron giganteum, Giant Redwood tree, east of the Rockies. Then you’ll enjoy an included afternoon tea lunch and a guided tour of the historic house and its beautifully designed gardens, celebrated for their sweeping vistas and thoughtful horticultural artistry. Following our visit, we return to the hotel so you may relax and freshen up. Later, you will be transported to the LaForge Casino Restaurant, located on the grounds of the historic International Tennis Hall of Fame, featured in the Gilded Age series, for the tour’s farewell dinner—a fitting and memorable conclusion to our time together.  (B, L, D) Overnight: Hyatt Place Warwick.
